Tickets cannot be sold or resold. Tickets stay on the account that bought them.

21+ nights are 21+ at the door. Buying a ticket does not require you to join Copper Club or agree to marketing texts. Sending an inquiry or booking an event does not require you to agree to calls or texts.

Calls and texts

Copper Nickel sends three kinds of calls and texts. Each one is its own choice.

Ticket texts. If you buy a ticket, we may text the number on your order about the night you bought, like door times and changes. You can turn these off at checkout. Receipts and tickets still come by email.

Inquiry and booking calls and texts. If you check the box on our inquiry form, Copper Nickel Events may call or text the number you gave about your inquiry and booking, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice calls. The box starts unchecked. You can send an inquiry or book without it. Any prerecorded or AI voice call will say it's from Copper Nickel Events, give a number to call back, and let you opt out during the call. Msg frequency varies.

Marketing texts. We text you news, invites, and event reminders only if you check a separate marketing text box: the texts-only box on our inquiry form or, at checkout, “Text me news, invites, and event reminders from Copper Nickel Events.” Each box starts unchecked. Agreeing to ticket or inquiry texts doesn't sign you up for marketing.

Consent isn't required to buy, to submit an inquiry, or to book. Msg & data rates may apply. Up to 4 marketing msgs/month. Msg frequency varies for inquiry and booking calls and texts. Reply STOP to any Copper Nickel Events text to stop texts to that number. You'll get one confirmation. Reply START to resubscribe. Marketing texts stay off unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help. To stop calls, say so on the call, use the opt-out offered on any prerecorded or AI voice call, or contact us below.

When you check a call or text box, we save that you agreed, the date and time, and the exact wording you saw.

We don't sell your phone number or your text opt-in. We don't share them with other companies for their own marketing.
